Directions

The Irvine Golf Club is conveniently located for travel from either Glasgow or Glasgow Prestwick Airports. It is 15 minutes travel distance from Glasgow Prestwick airport and approximately 45 minutes transfer from Glasgow airport.

From the Glasgow Direction

Leave Glasgow by the M77 heading to Kilmarnock/Ayr – approaching Kilmarnock, take A71 to Irvine – approaching Irvine on that road take the A78 to Greenock driving North. Approximately two miles (3200 metres) along that road you will pass under the Eglinton Interchange. 0.5 miles (800 metres) past the Interchange (still on the A78) take a left turn, signposted “Bogside” on to the B779, Sandy Road. Follow that road for approximately 1.5 miles (2400 metres). Take a sharp right turn, signposted "Bogside" and you will see the clubhouse on the right hand side.

From the Ayr/Troon Direction

Approach Irvine on the A78 (the Ardrossan/Greenock Road) – when driving North passing Irvine, you will drive under the Eglinton Interchange then follow the directions as detailed above.

From Irvine Town Centre

Leave Irvine town centre heading for Kilwinning. At the outskirts of the town turn sharp left at Ravenspark Academy on to the B779, Sandy Road. As the road bends to the right, take a sharp left turn, signposted "Bogside". Continue straight on for about 0.5 miles (800 metres) and you will see the clubhouse ahead.
